Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At www.x7seven.com, our products are primarily displayed for dealers and distributors worldwide. Due to the nature of automotive lighting products, international shipping costs, and installation-related variables, we currently do not accept returns for any personal or retail orders. Please carefully confirm product specifications, bulb size, and vehicle compatibility before placing an order.

No Return Policy

All sales are final. Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Vehicle Compatibility Notice

Compatibility may vary depending on vehicle trims, factory wiring systems, aftermarket modifications, and regional vehicle specifications. Please confirm bulb size and compatibility before ordering. Issues caused by vehicle wiring systems, polarity, relay systems, CANBUS errors, or aftermarket modifications are not considered product quality defects.

Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended, especially for high-power LED products. Certain high-wattage models may require relay harness upgrades, additional fuses, CANBUS decoders, or vehicle wiring upgrades. Failure to properly inspect or upgrade the vehicle's electrical system may result in flickering, dashboard warning errors, overheating, connector damage, or reduced product lifespan. X-7SEVEN is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, incorrect bulb selection, modified wiring systems, insufficient vehicle power supply, water intrusion, physical damage, negligence, or misuse.

Warranty Coverage

All X-7SEVEN LED headlight products come with at least a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date the end customer receives the goods. For detailed warranty terms and conditions, please refer to FAQ – HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK.

If you experience any product issues, please get in touch with us through the Shopify inbox/chat box or email us at x7sevenlighting@gmail.com. Photo/Video evidence is required for warranty evaluation and technical support.

Our technical team will review the case and provide appropriate solutions, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, or partial compensation. Solutions will depend on the specific case and warranty evaluation results.

Refunds

Partial Refunds are only available for verified order issues approved by the X-7SEVEN support team. Used or installed products are not eligible for refunds without verified manufacturing defects. Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and installation costs are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
